We would like to start a hot dog business here in Florida. Does anyone have a good resource for used carts? Are there carts I should avoid.? What are some of the meat wholesalers? I won’t retire rich but then I won’t be sitting around collecting welfare either.

I Am Looking Into Getting A Hot Dog Cart, Steam, Grilled, Boiled????
Author: Admin // Category: Hot DogI was wanting to buy one with a steamer and throw the dogs in once they were cooked, I would transfer them into a different steamer box that is just warm to keep them fresh. I figure that way I dont waste inventory and I dont have burnt dogs, and I wont have a long wait for customers.
Maybe leave water in the steamer box so they have good flavor like NY dogs?????
