Two college buddies wanted to go drinking one Saturday night. Having only 50 cents between them they devised a plan to get free drinks all night.
They went to a vendor at the corner and ordered a plain hot dog no bun. One of the guys then placed the hotdog in the front of his jeans. They proceeded to the first bar.
Not wanting to push their luck they kept the tab fairly low and when the bartender asked for payment the two gentlemen looked at each other and one guy opened his zipper and let the hotdog protrude while the other got on his knees and placed his mouth on it.
Disgusted with this scene the bartender threw the two out. This went on for about 5 bars when one guy looked at the other and said he was tired of getting on his knees, “Let me have the hotdog in the next bar.”
The first guy shrugged the guy off and said, “Oh shoot, I got rid of that thing 3 bars back….”

in the 80’s the big mac was two quarter pounders with 3 pieces of bread that was layered with lettuce and sauce that had so much flavor! It was extremely traumatizing to the customer when the big mac change came about. It would’ve at least helped if they would’ve left the big mac sauce the same.

An average restaurant, on an average street. How many burgers can I sell daily? Think average of everything. Just curious, how many items usually restaurants sell?

My hubby cannot have any extra salt right now, doctors orders.
We are making turkey burger patties and veggies for supper tonight. How can I season the turkey patties to taste good? We have LOTS of that Mrs Dash seasoning that has no salt in it, plus garlic, dehydrated onion,etc…need a good recipe please!

I am aware that some kind of licence from one of the London councils is needed, however, I contacted their street trading teams, but no one could give me a definite answer if it’s illegal/legal or if it’s a grey area of the law. I know that one ’should’ obtain a licence, and that councils regulate street trading. However, I was informed on many occasions that licences are not given in regards to foods. In the meantime, I can’t help noticing 100s, if not 1000s of persons selling hot dogs, ice cream, etc. throughout the streets of London. If they do not have a licence, how is it legal? or is it a grey area of the law, kind of like drugs in Amsterdam, where they selling them is technically illegal but there is no enforcement by the police. Does anyone know the exact regulatory and legal framework to exercise this activity? MANY THANKS!

why is it called hot dog? is there any one who thought it means ” a dog is hot” when they first heard it? i did.

A report on Radio 1 said we couldn’t give up fast food and burgers of we tried. Respondants said it tasted good.
This begs the question. Do fast food manufacturers put addictive chemicals in fast food to get people addicted. Before anyone goes on about conspiracy theories, this is what Tobacco manufacturers did to make cigarettes even more addictive.
Personally I dont eat fast food because I find it revolting but I am willing to bet most of you guys eat the stuff.

Although I don’t think hot sandwiches from my local convenience store are gourmet food by any means, I do think some of the sandwiches, especially the pizza, is pretty good. Do you like hot food from your gas station-convenience stores?
