When I mix up my hamburger and spices to make my patties I do include an egg in the mixture. When I cook them on my barbeque they tend to break up. What am I doing wrong?

I’d skip the egg. It may be making the meat to soft. When I’m going to grill burgers I use 1 envelope Lipton onion soup per each 1 pound hamburg. YUM

I remember seeing this movie on television when I was younger, where a kid is studying in his room, and this hamburger starts to talk to him once he’s about to eat it. I think there’s another scene where he comes into a classroom and the seat of his pants are covered with a thick green slime. It looked like it came out some time between early and mid 80s.

All I’ve got is a stove and some skillets. What should I do if I want to make a good hamburger? I’ve tried making hamburgers on skillets before, and there always seems to be a smoke problem. Any suggestions on how to minimize that?
Also, if I buy, say, four pre-made patties, after I tear off the cellophane, where should I keep them? In the freezer or in the fridge? And how long will they keep like that?

Put the hamburger on the stove with a little bit of olive oil, add your seasoning’s, and it should come out good.

2 tbls ketchup or other tomato based sauce
1 egg
1 or 2 pieces of bread (or 12 crackers) and ground up with hands altogether
throw in oven 350 degrees for an hour for a meatloaf
