I eat hot dogs 3 ways:
1. Mustard, sweet relish, pickles, onions, tomatoes, sport peppers and celery salt, aka a Chicago dog.
2. Brown mustard, saurkraut, sweet relish, onions nd celery salt
3. Only onion.

I like my hot dog best with hot sauerkraut and Dijon mustard. Sometimes I like it with just plain mustard, sauteed onions, and green pickle relish or sometimes I like it with a slice of cheese stuffed inside it with with crispy bacon wrapped around it. I am a hot dog connoisseur (ha ha)!

Ok here’s an interesting one: brown up some ground beef, drain off the grease. Mix in some Sweet baby Ray’s BBQ sauce (hopefully it’s available in your area, check your local grocery store). Put that on the hot dog then add some chopped mild halepenio (sp?) peppers. Then go with some baked beans if you like. Melt some Velveeta Cheese on top. It’s messy but very good!
